Future Developments

Can anybody share developments in Ramky Layout Nelamagala.

I am owning a site & Planning to construct house.

Please advice is it good idea or shall I wait for some more time as there is no single house constructed in Ramky layout.

    Any update on the layout? it has been over 20 years since I purchased the plots there. I am planning to sell them. Can anyone suggest a good broker?

    I believe its around Rs 2,500 per sqft depending on the plot location and direction.

    Don't buy plots at ramky layout nelamangal.no Power no water no sanitary, no road.so I suffering past 3 years.i pay 3000 to keb for 28 days.no one takes responsibility for layout.
